Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and in-office procedures for a broad range of urologic conditions while collaborating closely with supervising physicians and clinical staff. Maintain an active Oregon PA or NP license and demonstrate strong procedural skills, preferably with at least one year of urology experience. Work independently within a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient, patient-centered care. This role supports the continued expansion of specialty services at a well-established multispecialty practice in northwestern Oregon.
