Job Summary
Experienced Urology NP or PA needed for a primarily outpatient role in a four-urologist practice in Newport News, VA. The position features a structured five-day workweek with shared inpatient responsibilities (hospital rounding and consultations), no call, and clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Each provider has a dedicated medical assistant. Independent clinical role and autonomy within a collaborative specialty setting—opportunity to build and manage your own patient panel, collaborate with multiple physicians, and develop procedural skills at your comfort level. Compensation includes a base salary of $120,000+ with quarterly productivity bonuses, CME support, and retirement benefits within a physician-owned organization. EMR infrastructure includes eClinicalWorks with Sunoh AI documentation support in the outpatient clinic and Epic EMR with Dragon dictation in the hospitals. Location: Newport News, Virginia (southeastern VA).
