Urology opportunity with robotics focus in a physician-led hospital. Bread-and-butter urology practice with Da Vinci Xi robotics, 2-3 clinic days and blocked OR days, in Montana. Guaranteed base salary of $650,000 with productivity bonuses; $100,000 onboarding/sign-on package plus relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits including PTO, health/vision/dental, 401(k) with employer match, malpractice tail, and CME allowance. RVU-based incentives and a supportive environment with strong clinical resources and work-life balance.
