Job Summary
Provide comprehensive inpatient urologic care, emergency consultations, and surgical coverage at the affiliated Lakeland Highlands Hospital. Perform urgent and emergent urologic procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and open surgeries as clinically indicated. Maintain a 7-on/7-off hospital-based schedule with no outpatient clinic responsibilities, focusing exclusively on inpatient acuity. Collaborate with an established outpatient urology team while utilizing advanced robotic surgical platforms and integrated EPIC EMR.
