Job Summary
Urology physician sought for a hospital-based practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Join a multi-specialty group with one other Urology physician in a traditional five-day schedule, spending 3–4 days in clinic and 1–2 days in the operating room. Call is 1:5 and shared with community physicians and separate ER call. Ideal candidate will have interest in General Urology, Female Urology, Reconstruction, Infertility and/or Prosthetics, with preference for robotics experience and leadership/mentorship capabilities. Employed position with competitive compensation, income guarantee, RVU-based bonuses, comprehensive benefits, 30 PTO days, CME reimbursement, 403b retirement, and sign-on bonus.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Experience with robotics desired

- Leadership and mentorship experience preferred
- Reliable schedule with five-day work week
- Hospital-based practice experience preferred
