Urology Certified Medical Assistant / Medical Assistant - Full Time

Provide patient care in an office setting under the supervision of the medical provider while meeting communication needs for patients, families, and staff. Maintain regulatory policies, process telephone inquiries, and document all interactions within medical records. Schedule appointments, coordinate provider orders including refills and surgical services, and ensure daily supplies and charts are ready for encounters. Administer medications, collect lab samples, perform wound care, and provide patient education as directed. Keep clinical equipment clean, functional, and stocked, reporting maintenance needs promptly. Requires Basic Life Support certification and a medical assistant program graduate; preferred certification with AMT or AAMA.
