Job Summary
Join Mercy as a full-time Urology physician in Springfield to provide the full spectrum of urology care, from elective cases to trauma, across a busy, hospital-employed practice. You'll perform advanced procedures in two dedicated urology suites, ESWL, outpatient surgery, and office settings, supported by experienced staff including urology PAs. Access cutting-edge technology (3T MRI, da Vinci Xi robotics, Holmium laser, interstim, cryotherapy, videourodynamics, ultrasound) with up to 4 OR days per week, a robust referral base, and comprehensive benefits. Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness with a $700k guaranteed minimum salary, $100k signing bonus, paid relocation, and flexible CME allowance; 7+ days of call per month with APP support.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree in medicine
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
- Active or eligible Missouri medical license
- Urology fellowship training preferred
- Experience in performing advanced urology procedures
- Ability to work in a hospital-employed group setting
- Licensure in good standing for clinical practice in Missouri
