Job Summary
Full-time Urology Physician sought at Mercy Springfield to join a hospital-employed practice. The role features practicing the full spectrum of urology including elective and trauma cases, in two dedicated urology suites and an outpatient surgery center, with access to advanced technology (3T MRI, da Vinci Xi robotics, ESWL, Holmium laser, interstim, cryotherapy, videourodynamics, ultrasound). Join a team of 4 hospital-employed urologists and 6 NPs/PAs, with strong support staff, and a schedule that includes up to 4 OR days/week, 7 days of call per month, and APP support. Competitive guaranteed minimum salary of $700,000 with potential for higher income based on wRVUs, plus a $100,000 signing bonus and paid relocation. Comprehensive day-one benefits, occurrence-based liability insurance, CME allowance, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Urology
