Urology Associates is recruiting full-time Urologists to join a private, physician-owned practice with 32 Urologists and a broad network of clinics across the Gulf Coast (Mobile, Fairhope, Foley in AL; Gulfport and Ocean Springs in MS), plus affiliated groups in Albany, Charleston, Savannah, and Augusta through Southeast Urology Management. The role offers generous call schedule, potential annual profit, a 3-week PTO baseline with a flexible 4-day workweek, strong administrative and clinical support, physician autonomy within a collaborative group, profit sharing and 401(k), comprehensive benefits including health and life insurance, CME allowance, signing bonus and relocation assistance, and potential for full partnership after two years.
