Job Summary
BE/BC urologists sought to join St. Luke's University Health Network at the St. Luke's Warren Campus (Phillipsburg, NJ) in a hospital-employed urology practice currently comprising 20 urologists and 22 Advanced Practitioners. Robotic experience is not mandatory. The program features a high-volume surgical center, a well-established Urology Residency Program, collaboration with Interventional Radiology and Radiation Oncology, and opportunities for leadership, teaching, and career development. Competitive compensation ($550,000–$678,000), signing/start bonuses, CME allowance, loan forgiveness up to $100,000, relocation assistance, malpractice/health/dental insurance, and potential resident stipends are offered, along with work-life balance and team-based care in a dynamic, growing department.
