Job Summary
Urologist to join St. Luke's Center for Urology, a hospital-employed, teaching-practice within St. Luke's University Health Network, at the Warren Campus in Phillipsburg, NJ. The team comprises 20 urologists and 22 Advanced Practitioners across multiple area hospitals; the program supports a high-volume surgical center with extensive hands-on experience in urologic subspecialties and an established residency program. Robotic experience is not mandatory. Competitive compensation ($550k-$678k) with a $25k starting bonus, signing bonus, loan forgiveness up to $100k, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits (malpractice, health, dental, CME), leadership opportunities, and a focus on work-life balance and team-based care. - BE/BC Urologist
