Job Summary
BE/BC Urologists to join St. Luke's Center for Urology at the Warren Campus in Phillipsburg, NJ, within St. Luke's University Health Network. The group features a collegial, rapidly growing urology practice with 20 urologists at a high-volume surgical center and a well-established residency program handling over 5,500 cases annually. Robotic experience is not mandatory. The role involves clinical care in both office and hospital settings, with collaboration across Interventional Radiology and Radiation Oncology. Benefits include highly competitive compensation ($550,000–$678,000), $25k starting bonus, signing bonus, CME allowance, malpractice and health/dental insurance, loan forgiveness up to $100,000, relocation assistance, leadership opportunities, and a strong focus on work-life balance and team-based care.
