Job Summary
Urology practice seeking a Urologist to join a collaborative team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role involves performing robotic-assisted laparoscopy including prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and cystectomy within a fully staffed clinic with multiple procedure suites. The position supports city-wide call coverage (1:5 weeknights and 1:12 weekends), an ambulatory surgery center for full range urologic services, and collaboration with sister hospitals that utilize da Vinci robots. Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents are available. The practice emphasizes high-quality patient care, work-life balance, and a physician-owned, physician-led culture. Visa sponsorship is available, and relocation assistance as well as a signing bonus are provided.
Required Qualifications
- extensive experience in robotic assisted laparoscopy including prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy
- visa sponsorship available
- call schedule 1:5 weeknights and 1:12 weekends (shared city-wide coverage)
- board certification or eligibility in Urology
- teaching opportunity with medical students and/or residents
- affiliated with Multiple hospitals and ASC facilities
- da Vinci robotic systems experience
