Job Summary
Join a collaborative Urology practice in Green Bay with 4 Urologists and 3 APPs, offering robotic-assisted surgeries with da Vinci robots. The role focuses on complex procedures (prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy) via robotic laparoscopic techniques, supported by a fully staffed ASC with multiple procedure suites. Responsibilities include clinical patient care, city-wide call coverage, teaching medical students and residents, and contributing to a team-based culture that values input and work-life balance. The practice emphasizes high-quality patient care, access to advanced technology (AI ambient dictation, Microsoft DAX), teaching opportunities, and visa sponsorship with relocation assistance and a signing bonus.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO in Urology
- Board eligible/certified in urology
- Experience with robotic-assisted laparoscopy including prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy
- Ability to participate in city-wide call coverage (1:5 weeknights, 1:12 weekends)
- Ability to teach/mentor medical students/residents
