Job Summary
Conduct urology coverage in Harker Heights, TX, under a predictable 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off schedule with full access to the OR, clinic, and support staff during active blocks. Manage 2.5 days of OR and clinic time monthly, supported by experienced APPs, Epic/Ambience AI, and a dedicated da Vinci Xi robotics suite. Accept low-volume Level IV ED consults while maintaining continuity of care for the 500K service area. Enjoy protected off weeks with no clinical responsibilities and a manageable call load including no clinic call.
