Job Summary
Urologist (Physician) for multi-site private practice in the greater Phoenix area. Full-time schedule with Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm and negotiable additional schedules. Responsibilities include examining patients, assessing and diagnosing genitourinary disorders, treating reproductive/urinary tract conditions, monitoring patient status, performing procedures, prescribing medications, and referring to specialists as needed. Works with clinical staff and accepts on-call duties every 4th week with APPs covering some calls. Practice uses Athena EHR. Offices are located in Gilbert, Goodyear, and Glendale, AZ; providers may work at one or multiple locations. Requirements: Arizona medical license, DEA, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology.
