Job Summary
Urologist to join a brand-new practice in Bellingham, WA, with a balanced schedule of 2 clinic days and 2 surgery days per week plus a half-day for administration. Work with an experienced, collegial team, supported by multiple operating rooms and an employed anesthesia team, access to DaVinci Xi robot, and EPIC EMR. The candidate will handle a broad scope of practice including general Urology and female Urology, helping build a new program with strong referrals from local PeaceHealth Medical Groups. Compensation includes a six-figure salary with a signing bonus and relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, fully paid malpractice insurance, loan-repayment options, and productivity-based upside. Must be MD/DO and board-certified or board-eligible; prior experience requested; open to H1-B applicants.
