Job Summary
Urologist sought for a full-time role at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, WA. The candidate will join a brand-new urology program with general and female urology scopes, supported by multiple ORs and an employed anesthesia team. Robotic-assisted surgery is available with a DaVinci Xi, and care is delivered within EPIC EMR. The position includes a 2 clinic days/2 surgery days per week schedule plus a half day of admin work, with compensation of $560,601 per year, signing bonus, relocation assistance, 18-month salary guarantee, and potential for additional incentive pay upon productivity transition. Benefits include CME reimbursement, fully paid malpractice, comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, retirement plans, loan reimbursement options, and an employee wellness program. Washington has no state income tax. The ideal candidate is experienced, MD/DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Urology, and interested in helping build a new program. Open to H1-B visa holders.
