Job Summary
Urologist sought to join PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, WA, for a full-time role to help build a new urology program with a broad scope including general and female urology. The position includes 2 clinic days and 2 surgery days per week plus a half day of administrative work, multiple ORs with an employed anesthesia team, and access to a DaVinci Xi robot with EPIC EMR. Compensation is $560,601 per year with signing bonus, relocation assistance, an 18-month salary guarantee followed by productivity-based incentives, CME reimbursement, fully paid malpractice insurance, loan reimbursement options, and comprehensive health/dental/vision and retirement benefits. Qualifications include MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Urology; prior experience; and openness to H1-B sponsorship. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, mission-driven system and contribute to building a new program in northern Washington; located in Bellingham with regional care through PeaceHealth across the Pacific Northwest.
