Job Summary
Brand-new Urology program in PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center, Bellingham, WA seeks an MD/DO board-certified/board-eligible Urologist to join a collegial, team-driven group. Role includes a broad practice with general Urology and female Urology, supported by multiple ORs, an employed anesthesia team, and access to a DaVinci Xi robot using EPIC EMR. Schedule features 2 clinic days and 2 surgery days per week with a half-day of administrative work; opportunity to contribute to program-building, with referrals from local PeaceHealth Medical Groups. Competitive compensation at $560,601/year plus signing bonus, relocation assistance, 18-month salary guarantee, potential productivity-based increases, CME reimbursement, fully paid malpractice insurance, comprehensive benefits, and educational loan reimbursement.
