Job Summary
Urologist—full-time role at OSF HealthCare in Danville, IL. Ambulatory office with a mix of outpatient/inpatient care (90%/10%) in a busy ambulatory practice. Requires general urology surgical skills and a high degree of patient experience to build a high-volume practice. The role includes both outpatient and inpatient consultations. Visa sponsorship is available (J1 and H1b). Compensation package includes a base salary range of $678,000–$714,000, signing bonus, concierge relocation services, comprehensive benefits, CME support, paid time off, malpractice coverage, and physician leadership development opportunities. Community: Urbana, Illinois, with regional access to Chicago, Indianapolis, St. Louis. Required Qualifications
- Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies)
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
Desired Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in urology
- Urology subspecialty training preferred
- Experience in high-volume ambulatory practice
- Licensure to practice medicine in Illinois
- DEA registration and ability to prescribe narcotics (if applicable)

- Eligibility for physician leadership development (optional)
