Job Summary
Experienced Urologist sought for a full-time practice in Illinois. The role involves a mix of outpatient and inpatient care (90% outpatient, 10% inpatient) in an ambulatory office setting off-campus from SHMC, supporting a high-volume urology practice. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Illinois, board certified or eligible in urology, and able to participate in Medicare/Medicaid and federal programs. Visa sponsorship (J1 and H1B) is available, and concierge relocation services are provided. The compensation package includes a base base salary with signing bonus, generous PTO, CME support, malpractice coverage, and physician leadership development opportunities. The community is Urbana/Champaign, with a broader Illinois and Midwest context.
Required Qualifications
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in Illinois
- Licensed by the DEA and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics (if applicable)
- Board certified or board eligible in urology
- Eligible as a provider for Medicare/Medicaid and federal programs
- Maintain malpractice coverage and privileges per OSF policies
- Ability to provide outpatient and inpatient urology care (90% outpatient, 10% inpatient)
- Visa sponsorship available (J1 and H1B)
