Job Summary
OSF HealthCare is recruiting an experienced Urologist for a full-time practice in Danville, Illinois. The role combines ambulatory office work with a mix of outpatient and inpatient consultations (approximately 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient) and requires general urology surgical skills with a focus on building a high-volume practice. The position offers a comprehensive compensation package with a base salary range of $678,000–$714,000, signing bonus, relocation services, substantial PTO, CME support, malpractice coverage, and additional incentives. Visa sponsorship (J1 and H1B) is available. The community is Urbana-Champaign, with the Osf HealthCare network supporting professional development and patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Required Qualifications
- Physician licensed to practice medicine in current state
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
- Board certified or board eligible in urology or appropriate specialty(ies)
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
