Job Summary
OSF HealthCare seeks an experienced Urologist for a full-time practice based in Urbana/Danville, IL. The role involves providing a mix of outpatient and inpatient care (approximately 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient) with general urology surgical responsibilities and a focus on building a high-volume practice. The physician will consult a broad range of patients and contribute to ambulatory office and surgical services, applying strong patient-experience skills. Visa sponsorship (J1 and H1B) is available, and the position offers concierge relocation services, comprehensive benefits, signing bonus, malpractice coverage, and career development opportunities. The role requires board certification or eligibility, licensure to practice in Illinois, and credentials to participate in OSF’s programs.
Required Qualifications
- Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(es)
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
