Conduct approximately 800 wRVUs monthly across a mix of clinic, procedures, and surgery in a high-demand practice with 1–2.5 month wait times. Deliver 4 days of clinic coverage Monday through Thursday, followed by Fridays for procedures and light clinic duties. Manage shared call rotation progressing from Q5 to Q6 with post-call time off. Expand urology services in an underserved southern Louisiana region while supporting a regional outreach clinic in Morgan City one to two days per week.
