Urologist Needed – Brown Academic Appointment, Minimal Call

Urology physician role within Brown University Health's academic-affiliated practice in Rhode Island or Southeastern Massachusetts. Join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team with 6+ DaVinci robotic systems, providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care. The position includes a track for an academic appointment at Brown, triaged call (3–4 weekends per year; 3 weeknights per month on average), and a mix of clinic and operating room time (3 to 3.5 days of clinic, one day in the OR, plus half-day clinical admin). Competitive base salary ($360K–$500K+), RVUs, call pay, 6 weeks PTO, CME support, tail coverage, and 401K with 6% match. Requires board certification or eligibility in Urology; strong teamwork and patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
