Job Summary
Urologist needed to join Monument Health Rapid City Clinic as a full-time, BE/BC physician. Join a busy 5-urologist practice with 1:9 call and APP support. The role supports robotics-focused practice with three Da Vinci systems (SP system) and plans to add a fourth; experience with robotic surgery is a plus. The team provides a full range of medical and surgical services with strong hospital and subspecialty collaboration, including critical care, interventional cardiology, radiology, oncology, and radiation oncology. Offers a highly competitive base salary ($650K) with productivity bonuses from day one, starting/retention bonuses up to $165K, relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, and a full benefits package. Location features a regional tertiary center setting in a tourist-friendly Mountain West location with easy access to a regional airport. For trainees, financial assistance opportunities are available upon signing.
