Job Summary
Join Monument Health Rapid City Clinic as a full-time BE/BC Urologist in a 5-urologist practice with 1:9 call. Robotic surgical program with multiple Da Vinci systems (SP system) and a goal to develop a robotic practice; robotics-trained surgeons a plus. Collaborative, physician-led environment with APP support and access to a wide array of specialties. Highly competitive base salary of $650K plus productivity bonuses from day one and starting/retention bonuses up to $165K, plus paid relocation, CME reimbursement, malpractice coverage, and full benefits. Located in a premier Mountain West location with opportunities for academic and clinical growth, including tumor board participation and a comprehensive benefits package.
