BE/BC Urologist needed for a full-time position in Monument Health Rapid City Clinic. Join a busy five-urologist practice with 1:9 call and APP support. The facility has three Da Vinci robotic systems (SP included) with plans to add a fourth, and a robotics-trained team for developing a robotic practice. A full range of medical and surgical specialties supports a robust surgical practice, including outstanding critical care, hospitalist, interventional cardiology, radiology, pathology, oncology, and radiation oncology, with an active tumor board and a collegial physician-driven environment. Highly competitive base salary of $650K, with productivity bonus incentives from day one, and starting/retention bonuses up to $165K.
