Conduct a broad range of urologic procedures as the primary physician for a new service line at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. Manage the hospital-employed practice with a dedicated team on standby to ensure operational success. Leverage advanced surgical capabilities including the DaVinci Xi system for patient care. This role offers a competitive base salary plus wRVU production incentive, quality bonus, and $50K sign-on bonus.
