Job Summary
Urology physician opportunity in Morganton, NC: hospital-employed position with 8a-5p/8a-12n schedule, in- and outpatient clinical responsibilities, 30 patients per day and 7 surgeries per week, EPIC EMR, and participation in graduate medical education. Compensation package includes base salary plus productivity and quality incentives, sign-on bonus, $15,000 relocation stipend, student loan assistance ($15K-$25K/year), PSLF, CME stipend, robust benefits and PTO, malpractice coverage, 403(b) retirement plan, and opportunity to participate in GME with related fellowships. Located about an hour from Asheville in Western North Carolina with access to outdoor recreation and a supportive hospital system.
