Job Summary
Recruitment for 4-6 Urologists to join a newly formed Department of Urology/Urologic Oncology under joint leadership of UAB Department of Urology and Infirmary Health. Position located in Mobile, AL, within Infirmary Cancer Care, affiliated with UAB O'Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center. The role is a non-tenure earning, full clinical faculty position within the UAB Heersink School of Medicine with employment through the University of Alabama Health System Foundation. Opportunities include involvement with leading-edge research and clinical trials, access to cancer-center resources, and collaboration across a large academic health system. Candidates will be offered competitive compensation and the chance to participate in translational research and multidisciplinary care within a growing academic partnership.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified Urologist or completing fellowship training
- Urology subspecialty training consideration (Cancer Urologist or General Urologist)
- Employment through University of Alabama Health System Foundation
- Affiliation with O'Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center at UAB
- Non-tenure earning, full clinical position within the Department of Urology at UAB Heersink School of Medicine
