Urologist

Urologist position in Mobile, AL within a collaboration between UAB Department of Urology and Infirmary Health to build a Department of Urology/Urologic Oncology. The role involves joining a team with General Urologists, Cancer Urologists, and subspecialists, with appointment through the UAB Heersink School of Medicine and employment via University of Alabama Health System Foundation. The appointee will have opportunities for involvement in leading-edge research, access to Clinical/ Translational Research, and participation in the O'Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center at UAB, and will contribute to academic activities in a high-volume, multi-center environment. Candidates should be board-certified Urologists with fellowship and/or substantial clinical or academic experience in urology and related oncology fields; compensation will be competitive based on MGMA benchmarks. The position is located in Mobile, Alabama, at Infirmary Cancer Care, affiliated with UAB O'Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center, with non-tenure earning, full clinical responsibilities within the Department of Urology of the UAB Heersink School of Medicine.
