Job Summary
Recruitment of 4–6 Urologists to join a newly formed Department of Urology/Urologic Oncology as part of an academic partnership between UAB Medicine and Infirmary Health. Positions will be colocated in Mobile, AL, with joint recruitment led by UAB Department of Urology (Heersink School of Medicine) and Infirmary Health. The group will include General Urologists, Cancer Urologists, and other subspecialists; opportunities for access to the O'Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center at UAB, leading-edge research, and Clinical/ Translational Research. Competitive compensation aligned with MGMA benchmarks. Board-certified urologists and those completing urology fellowships/practicing physicians with clinical or academic experience are encouraged to apply. The location is Mobile, Alabama, in the Southeastern United States, near the Gulf Coast.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification in Urology (or in fellowship training in Urology)
- Physician with Urology credentials suitable for appointment in an academic medical center
