Job Summary
Urologist – full-time position at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. Mix of inpatient and outpatient care with two days in the OR and three days in clinic. DaVinci robotic capability and teaching opportunities through Guthrie's residency program. Competitive compensation between $500,000 and $575,000 per year, relocation up to $15,000, and $3,400 annually for conference registrations and specialty society memberships. Full benefits including medical, dental, and disability insurance. Mentoring and leadership training options; strong RVU-based compensation with an established referral network. Malpractice tail coverage included. New graduates are welcome; Endourology experience considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
- MD/DO degree
- Medical license in PA or eligible to obtain
- Ability to work in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Experience with DaVinci robotic systems is a plus
