Full-time Urologist to join a collegial team at Guthrie Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY. Role involves mix of inpatient and outpatient urology with dedicated operating room time, access to a DaVinci robotic system, and a strong referral base in a state-of-the-art facility. Competitive annual compensation ($500,000–$575,000) with potential $200,000 incentive and relocation assistance up to $15,000. Includes full benefits, RVU-based compensation model, malpractice tail coverage, and physician mentoring/leadership training opportunities. New graduates are welcome; Endourology and robotics experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
- Full-time Urology role
- Experience with DaVinci robotic surgery preferred
- Endourology experience preferred
