Job Summary
Full-time Urologist sought to join Guthrie Lourdes Hospital’s collegial team in Binghamton, NY, providing full-spectrum urology care with a DaVinci robot and dedicated OR time. The role involves a mix of inpatient and outpatient duties, access to a strong referral base, and opportunity for leadership and professional development within a not-for-profit healthcare system. Competitive compensation ($500k–$575k/year) with a $200k bonus incentive, and relocation assistance up to $15k. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist
- MD or DO physician
- Licensed to practice medicine in the United States
- Experience in Endourology preferred
- Experience with robotics and DaVinci system preferred
- Willingness to participate in an RVU-driven compensation model
- Ability to work in a full-spectrum urology service line (inpatient and outpatient) with OR time
- Strong commitment to patient care and collaboration in a team environment
