Urologist – Endourology & BPH

Lead and grow a high-volume stone disease practice while utilizing state-of-the-art technology across diverse clinical sites including an Academic Medical Center, VA hospital, and community facilities. Mentor and train residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic techniques as part of an expanding residency program. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care tailored to your specific training and career goals. Board certification or eligibility in Urology is required, along with California medical licensure. This role offers a starting base compensation of $300,000 - $400,000, adjusted for experience and faculty rank, with benefits including generous retirement contributions, comprehensive medical coverage, and paid malpractice insurance.
