Job Summary
Sampson Regional Medical Center seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-owned practice for broad-based general urology with autonomy and strong referral support. The role emphasizes kidney stone management, bladder and kidney tumors, incontinence treatment, urinary infections, and prostate care, with a focus on building a practice and shaping service line growth. It features a 4.5-day clinic schedule (Mon–Thu 8am–5pm; Fri 8am–12pm), shared call rotation (1:4), flexible OR access, close collaboration with surgery, hospitalist, and administrative leadership, dedicated staff support, potential APP support, and opportunities for leadership in program development. Compensation includes a competitive base salary aligned with MGMA benchmarks, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan repayment options, PTO and CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, and malpractice coverage with tail. The position is in Clinton, NC, with visa sponsorship not available.
