Job Summary
Conduct endoscopic and laparoscopic urological surgeries while interpreting complex imaging and pathology reports. Manage patient care with a focus on ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous professional development. Participate in on-call rotations for emergency interventions and maintain familiarity with electronic medical records and compliance standards. Requires an MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Urology (MD/DM or DNB), valid medical council registration, and at least two years of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Urology (MD/DM or DNB in Urology)
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and a valid license to practice
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or specialty clinic setting
- Proficiency in endoscopic and laparoscopic urological surgical techniques
- Strong diagnostic acumen and ability to interpret complex urological imaging and pathology reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and healthcare compliance standards
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and emergency urological interventions
