Required Qualifications
- Fellowship-trained Men's Health, Andrology, and Male Infertility Urologist
- Desire to establish a dedicated male infertility service line
- Desire to create new referral pathways
- Desire to generate additional outpatient procedural volume
- Motivation to enhance the reputation of the Men's Health Program
- Willingness to serve as a key faculty member in the development of a future fellowship training program
- Must be able to obtain an influenza vaccination on an annual basis or obtain an approved exemption
