Job Summary
Provide outpatient urology care during office hours (Mon–Thu, 8am–4:30pm) and perform hospital-based procedures including abdominal sacrocolpopexy, aquablation, circumcision, and ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy. Manage patient volume of 15–20 patients per day in office and 4–8 procedures per day in hospital. Supervise and collaborate with NPs, MAs, and clinical staff. Board certification and OH/IMLC licensure required.

- Board: BC required (Certified)
- Licensed in OH or IMLC
- BLS
- ACLS
