Urologist $100k sign on/retention bonus

Conduct general urology practice with a specialty focus on stone disease and robotics, supported by a 24-hour hospitalist-run system. Manage surgical outcomes and practice development within a rapidly expanding group of seven urologists and six APNs across two hospitals, three ambulatory surgery centers, and outpatient facilities. Work with Board Certified partners in a bustling practice featuring DaVinci XI platforms throughout Southern New Jersey. This role includes a maximum call requirement of one in four and offers RVU-based incentives with a salary guarantee during the growth phase.
