Job Summary
Conduct outpatient urogynecologic surgery exclusively, with no general gynecology or on-call responsibilities. Maintain office hours from 8am to 5pm, calling every other week. Board eligibility or certification is required, with board certification within five years of eligibility mandatory. This role is located in a large metro area in northeastern Indiana with a population of 250,000+. Visa sponsorship is not supported at this location.
Required Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Urogynecologist
- Physician
- Board Certified within 5 years of being Board Eligible
- 100% Outpatient Surgical Practice
- Call Every Other Week
- NO Ob Call
- No General Gyn Call
- Must be available for Office Hours 8am-5pm
- Visa's cannot be supported at this location
