Job Summary
Deliver essential nursing care in the clinic setting by performing patient intake, administering medications, and conducting diagnostic testing such as EKGs and basic lab tests. Provide direct patient support including wound care, bandage changes, and assistance with medical procedures while documenting all activities in the electronic medical record. Educate patients on treatment plans and preventative care, collaborate with providers on care plans, and maintain a sanitized environment adhering to infection control protocols. Monitor daily logs for compliance and ensure timely follow-up via portal and phone. Requires LPN or LVN licensure, BCLS certification, and 0-2 years of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure
- LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse
- BCLS - Basic Life Support obtained from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Authorization to work in the U.S. for an employer
