Conduct fellowship-trained urogynecology services at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital and its satellite location at St. Luke's Hospital, utilizing specialized procedure rooms for urodynamics and cystoscopy. Manage patient care within a cohesive team supported by three specialized triage nurses and medical assistants, while collaborating across subspecialties including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and Reproductive Endocrinology. Engage in clinical research projects with residents and access seed funding for new initiatives, contributing to quality improvement efforts alongside department leadership. Participate in a 6-week core clerkship inspiring 14 to 20 students annually, with hands-on training opportunities for residents in urogynecology during their second, third, and fourth years.
