Job Summary
Records Center Specialist needed for evening shift to move, inspect, and organize warehouse inventory. Responsibilities include handling freight and materials to and from storage areas, loading/unloading from trucks and pallets, performing general warehouse tasks such as opening containers, taking inventory, weighing and checking materials, and ensuring inventory is well-organized. Must have physical strength and stamina to lift and move items (up to ~51 lbs) and stand for long durations; will operate pallet jacks and other hand tools, and assist with loading and unloading per shift. On-site roles in Santa Ana/Corona, CA with 6:30 PM–2:30 AM hours; attention to detail and timely, accurate processing are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, move boxes to/from pallets, and safely navigate a warehouse environment.
- Must be able to lift/move items up to 51 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience operating pallet jacks and basic warehouse tools (box cutters, tape guns, dispensers, staplers).
- Ability to move freight and inventory between storage/production areas, loading docks, and vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of loads and inventory.
