Job Summary
Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to fabricate parts from raw materials. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet machining specifications. Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) to ensure product accuracy. Proficient with FANUC CNC systems; some HAAS machinery. Set up and run multiple machines efficiently; perform daily and routine maintenance on CNC equipment to optimize performance. Collaborate with engineers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
- CNC/Lathe experience is REQUIRED
- Must pass nationwide background check
- Drug screening

- Excellent communication (email, phone, in-person)
