Job Summary
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents by handling their queries, concerns, and feedback professionally. Coordinate with teachers and school management to resolve issues while maintaining regular communication regarding school activities. Ensure a welcoming experience for parents and students by assisting with follow-ups, appointments, and meetings. Maintain accurate records and update parent information in the system. Requires 1–2 years of experience in customer service or counseling, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. Freshers with strong computer skills may apply. Located at IREO Skyon, Sector 60, Gurgaon, with Tuesday to Friday shifts from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in parent relationship management, customer service, front desk, counseling, or a similar role
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle parent queries patiently and professionally
- 1–2 years preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication, computer, and Excel skills
