Job Summary
Complete forklift pre-operational checklists, stretch wrap pallets, and maintain warehouse order by organizing straight rows and proper aisles. Inspect pallets or containers for damage, pull and stage shipments, and scan loads while downloading data. Load finished goods, unload trucks, and coordinate trailer movement in and out of docks. Perform general tractor maintenance, including refueling and oil checks, and complete dock hitch checklists. Rotate stock, maintain inventory control, and prepare accurate paperwork for shipments and receivables. Ensure all shipments are 100% checked and meet TS16949 requirements. Deliver dye to presses, manage the dye cage layout, and monitor bulk-dryer hoppers. Work the 3rd shift (10pm-6am) with PPE including eye and hearing protection.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift operator
- 3rd Shift (10pm-6am)
- Permanent, full-time
- Arlington, TX facility
- Must be able to stand on feet and/or sit 8-12 hours a day
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs on an occasional basis
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs regularly
- Must be able to perform overhead work
- Must be able to work below the waist
- Eye protection
- Hearing protection
- PPE specific to the task being performed
- Must be able to perform work of equal or lower grade, as directed by supervision that will include training of inexperienced personnel
